ADOPT NH is an adoption resource clearinghouse with the goal of connecting prospective adoptive families with New Hampshire children who are legally free for and waiting for adoption. These children have all been a part of the NH foster care system, and would love to find their forever home and forever family.  

 

ADOPT NH is a collaborative effort between the NH Department of Health and Human Services, Division for Children, Youth, and Families (NH DCYF), the NH Endowment for Health, and the Adoptive Families for Children Foundation. We are also blessed to have many other community partners making ADOPT NH possible.
